Simcenter Micred T3STER
Simcenter Micred T3STER is an advanced tool for testing the thermal characteristics of semiconductor devices. It can measure the true thermal response more efficiently than steady-state methods, with high precision and time resolution (measurements are to ±0.01° C with up to 1-microsecond time resolution).The tool can also post-process the response into a plot that shows the thermal resistance and capacitance of package features along the heat flow path. T3STER is a useful tool for detecting pre- and post-stress failure, and the measurements can be exported for thermal model calibration, ensuring the accuracy of thermal design efforts.
Simcenter Micred LED Tester
Simcenter Micred LED Tester combines thermal, photometric and radiometric testing of LEDs for accurate thermal property description and multi-domain compact modeling. The testing solutions comply with JEDEC JESD51-52 standard and CIE technical reports, measuring real thermal resistance and light output metrics over a wide range of forwarding currents. The process is fully automated and includes third-party spectroradiometers to capture emission spectra for precise modeling of LED package light output properties.
Simcenter Micred TIM Tester
Simcenter Micred TIM Tester tests the thermal conductivity of thermal interface materials using a smart implementation of the ASTM D5470 standard. It uses highly accurate transient measurements and offers automated control of sample thickness or pressure, making it ideal for soft and specially prepared metallic samples. The system is available as a stand-alone or as a fixture for Simcenter T3STER and delivers ±5% repeatability under measurement conditions close to the real application. The fully automated process saves time and effort while offering high accuracy.

Simcenter Micred Powertester is a reliable tool that supports automatic testing and diagnosis of possible failure causes of power components. It combines active power cycling with transient thermal characterization and thermal structure investigation to provide a full electrical and structural assessment of the device.
